If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one.

REFUNDS

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money when we receive it.

Please note that no returns or exchanges are accepted for clearance items.

Please note that the shipping cost of return or exchange will be paid by the customer.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please contact our customer service for the correct return address. If it is returned to any other address not obtained from our customer service, we will not be able to receive the returned item. Therefore, we will not be able to process refund.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping($7.99) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds usually done in 2-3 days according to different payment.
