SHIPPING POLICY

* Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China.

* When the ordered items are in stock: Order processing takes 2-3 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays)

* When the ordered items are out of stock: Items usually take 30 days to manufacture. (please refer to our communication in the email for the specific manufacturing time.)

* Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.

* MADEPANTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

RETURN POLICY

Unaltered, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for store credit. All merchandise must have original tags and labels attached and must be in the original polybags. If your returned merchandise does not meet these criteria, we will not be able to process your return. Prior written authorization is required for all returned merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify support@madepants.com within 7 business days of the delivery date. Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number.

Please check all details on your invoice immediately upon receipt of your order.

* You must report any wrongly shipped item(s) within 7 days from the day of delivery. We will only honor a return or exchange for wrongly shipped item(s) if reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.

* You must report any damaged item(s) within 14 days from the day of delivery. We will only accept returns with a Return Authorization Number.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during transit.

- All returns will be applied as store credit only to be used for future orders.

- Credit memos will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).

- Unless the order was sent in error, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.

We recommend purchasing additional insurance and using a UPS as a shipping service with tracking capabilities when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.
